LeeAnn Cody
Former President
LeeAnn grew up in Midland/Odessa, TX and graduated from Permian High School in 1988. She attended Odessa College before transferring to University of Texas at Arlington to pursue a career in the medical field. Quickly she realized the medical field was not her calling and returned to West Texas to pursue a career in Human Resources at a local hospital. She began working in the staffing/recruiting industry in 1993 and was vital in the start-up and long-time success of Global Personnel, Inc. opening and managing the staffing division. In 2003, she purchased and became President of Global Personnel, Inc. Since that time, she has enjoyed operating and managing a full-service staffing and recruiting firm with the goal of successfully bringing people together in the work environment so that both the client and the employee benefit from the partnership. She believes in the “Golden Rule” which has definitely added to the success of her team and benefited Global Personnel’s clients and candidates. LeeAnn’s spare time is spent with her children, family and friends. She enjoys traveling, fishing and spending time at her family’s ranch in El Indio, TX. When you meet LeeAnn, she has a friendly smile and a warm welcome for all.

Madison Cody-Hernandez, CPC
President
Madison was born and raised in Odessa Tx and is the daughter of former president LeeAnn Cody. Some would say she has been in the staffing and recruiting industry even before she was actually hired on. Madison attended Permian High School and joined Team Global in 2011 as the receptionist. She came up over the years training under former president LeeAnn Cody, and now as president she is carrying the torch honoring her mother’s legacy. Madison has found a great sense of joy in placing employees in positions that they are truly happy in. She continues to establish a trust with clients that return to Global for their staffing needs. Madison thinks of herself as a solution finder for both clients and employees. She is always willing to share her experience with co-workers. Like Her mother LeeAnn, Madison also is a firm believer of the “Golden Rule” and goes out of her way to satisfy the needs or wants for candidates, and clients. She works around the clock operating and managing a full-service staffing and recruiting firm, working with and for others to successfully fulfill request and requirement. When Madison is not at her desk with Global, she is spending time with her husband, children and furry child, Elvis. She likes to travel and experience new things, attend concerts and shop.

Sammy Cody-Hernandez
Secretary-Treasurer/VP
Sammy spent his childhood growing up in Odessa, TX. Graduated from Permian High School in 2014 and then started working for his parents Family business Battery Technology. He began his accounting career while working for them, and in 2019 started his own business in construction. Over the past 8 years he has worked in financial accounting, maintained accurate accounting task, skillfully utilize accounting software to maintain accurate records of daily transactions, consolidating monthly financials. In late 2021 he Joined the team at Global Personnel, Inc. Sammy is dedicated to his duties in helping Global run smoothly and efficiently, and not only oversees the accounting department, but also successfully executes his duties as the Vice President. He looks forward to the future of Global and being a vital part of the team. “I am honored to be part of a great team and excellent work environment.” Sammy loves spending time with his wife, and their two daughters. He enjoys traveling, sitting out by a fire, watching sports, and believes that nothing is out of reach. When you meet Sammy, you will encounter a person who has a wonderful, fun and joyful personality and has a strong willingness to assist in any task that is presented.
