Temp-to-hire is a client solution designed to save time and money. Clients are relieved of the burden from advertising, answering emails and calls, reference checking, testing, time interviewing unqualified candidates and the cost of processing payroll.
- Temp-to-Hire gives our clients the option to hire a temporary employee after the completion of a probationary period on Global Personnel's payroll. The Temp-to-Hire agreement is designed to benefit both the client company and the employee.
- For the duration of the probationary period, the client is able to view the potential of an employee in an actual performance atmosphere.
The client can evaluate the candidate's skills and responsibilities for the position. During this time, other observations can be made
concerning behavior, character and personality of the candidate.
The employee is able to perform the skills and responsibilities required by the position and acquaint themselves to the office environment,
personalities and potential for longevity. Global Personnel assumes responsibility for all employer cost during the probationary period including, worker's compensation insurance, unemployment compensation insurance, liability insurance, federal and state payroll taxes
